Where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain!

For the next week I shall be visiting my grandparents way down yonder in one of them thar' Red States, where the people are friendly, the land flat, the speed limits on the backroads non-existant, and the amber waves of grain rippling fluidly in the wind (just not during this time of year).

I might not be back until 2006, and I doubt I'll update in the meantime.
