The Little MP3 That Could

Once upon a time, there was an MP3 named Dot. Dot was a rather curious little MP3, as she was but a mere 2.3 MB in size and of a 96 kbps bitrate instead of the more traditional 128 kbps. All the other MP3s made fun of poor little Dot because she wasn't like them, and she was always very sad.

Then one day Big Mr. RIAA came along and tried to sodomize poor little Dot. She ran and ran and ran away from him, but unfortunately she escaped with only enough evidence to confict him of verbal harassment. Depressed, she tried to find her lost brothers and sisters to comfort her. But all the other MP3s in MP3land were either gobbled up by Big Mr. RIAA. or snuck over to P2Pland. Little Dot was alone.

Left by herself in the cold, harsh wasteland of the internet, she wandered waywardly while losing hope that she'd ever find someone to sympathize with her plight and take her in and make her feel loved.

Eventually our little refugee stumbled across the border into P2Pland and discovered that the MP3s here came in all shapes and sizes! They welcomed Dot into their midst and treated her like family. They gave her a nice warm bed and a hearty meal of silicone chips. She recounted her horrible ordeal and the other MP3s responded with genuine appreciation for her struggle and escape from the dreaded Big Mr. RIAA. She felt that she was finally free from his wicked persecution and was now in a nice, loving home surrounded by nice MP3s that cared about her. She smiled contently and drifted off into an ever-so-sweet slumber.

Unfortunately her travels in the internet corrupted her. She awoke the following morning and exploded, and everyone died.
